Believe it or not, green tea has become the most common natural fat burner among dieters in the last two years.  The benefits of green tea are numerous from weight loss and fat burning to stronger bones and a more healthy heart. If you check out pubmed you will see that there have been over 2,000 studies done on the weight loss effect of green tea.

Wu-Yi tea has probably become the most popular of all the green tea diet's on the market today. You may be wondering how exactly does a tea burn fat? First and foremost, green tea contains caffeine which will speed up your body's systems and cause it to burn fat. This alone could do plenty for the body, but it is not why Wu-Yi green tea has become so popular.

Green tea is a very powerful antioxidant. Antioxidants are responsible for ridding the body of dangerous chemicals and substances that can cause fat and weight gain. Wu-Yi tea specifically is also loaded with a chemical called polyphenol. This chemical triggers the enzyme in your body that is responsible for burning fat. This is also the same enzyme that powerful prescription diet pills trigger. Regular green teas are absent of this chemical which is what makes Wu-Yi so much more powerful.

The Wu-Yi Green Tea diet has also been huge with celebrities lately. Oprah and Rachael Ray both did an entire show on the weight loss effects of Wu-Yi. Oprah claims to still use the tea every day and it has been responsible for her losing the weight and keeping it off. Wu-Yi was named 2008 diet of the year and is now the most powerful natural weight loss system in the world. Get a Free Trial of Wu-Yi Green Tea Here!
