Free Goal Setting Form
Does this describe you? I know where you are. I've been there many times myself. I understand the frustration and discouragement that you must feel. I can identify with the thoughts of, 'I'll never get there,' or, 'I'd like to, but I just don't have enough time.'
If you're ready to set and meet a goal, I'm ready to help you. I'm going to give you a free goal setting form. All you have to do is print it out and fill in your answers. Once you complete this form, you will have a blueprint in hand that will help you reach your goals.
First, fill out the Goal Setting Pledge. This is a pledge to yourself; a commitment to your goal. Think of this as a binding contract to yourself. Next, fill out the Goal Setting Form, then get started on working towards and reaching your goal!
