Market analysts believe that 3 G phones will soon become a norm, rather than a luxury and Nokia's N series has only strengthened this belief. Nokia N70 is the entry level N series phone which is one of the smallest 3 G phones in its category as well. This slab style phone, though does not boast of really innovative design element, it is definitely good to hold and feels elegant to touch.

The 2 megapixel camera broke the outer ceiling of camera phones for Nokia when it was launched. The 20 X zoom is all the more impressive along with multiple settings for different shooting conditions. A strategically placed VGA camera in the front aides in video calling as well.

Tri-band GSM and WCDMA compatibility ensures almost global coverage for the phone, which is very useful for the globe trotting busy executives. Also, the phone features all the other standard Smartphone applications like e-mail and document viewing capabilities. You can transfer data locally either via Bluetooth or Nokia's proprietary Pop-Port. Carrying important files on the go is also possible via the eternal MMC memory cards, slots for which are provided.

Entertainment buffs are not disappointed either. A now mandatory media player with stereo sound and FM with visual radio are provided to relax and unwind after a hard day at work.

Basically a good entry level Smartphone, Nokia N70 is a good investment for anyone who wishes the best convergence of style and utility.
