1.Mix half a teaspoon each of ground orange peel, almond paste, and barley meal, together with one teaspoon of green papaya paste to make an excellent paste. Use it once a month to made skin soft and silky smooth.

2.Make a scrub by mixing one teaspoon of rose oil with a quarter spoon of sea-salt. This helps in deep cleansing and exfoliate the skin, leaving a warm tingling glow.

3.To remove dead surface cells from the skin, apply a mask using one teaspoon of honey, half a spoon of sandalwood powder and khus-khus. Not only it leaves the skin soft and smooth, it also enriches it.

4.Mix wheat bran with whole milk and gently massage on the skin to revitalire it.

5.Scrub yourself with pumice store while bathing, to clean off grime, and to smooth rough spots around the knees, elbows and ankles.
