10u Mets Hit Off Their '07 Season With Success
2007 Cocoa Expo New Year's Classic Tournament
The 10U Mets travel team Hit off their 2007 season with success, this weekend at the "Cocoa Expo New Years Classic Tournament". Teams from all over Florida participated at the Cocoa Expo Tournament in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
During this weekend's Tournament there were several highlights of the games: Ruben Garcia hit a home -run at this weekend tournament, Cre Frinfrock pitched a game with 12 strike-outs, Zach Auer performed and excellent job as a catcher, Anthony Clements hit a double, Trevor Sanchez with a beautiful triple, Tyler Bauman Pitched a game only allowing 2 runs scored, David Matinez tuned in a double play with Joey Napolitano, Eric Nienerhouser playing in the outfield catching everything that came his way, Anthony Pigozzi staling bases like a pro! What a weekend; What a team!!!
The Championship game: The Mets Travel Team representing Port St. Lucie finished the pool play undefeated scoring 38 with only 4 runs given up against them.

The purpose of PORT SAINT LUCIE BASEBALL shall be to provide a highly competitive travel baseball program with major emphasis placed upon developing and promoting a positive youth sport program for all residents of Port Saint Lucie, Florida and surrounding cities.
