You know what I learned?
Buying leads was the worst thing that I ever could have done for my business.
Why?
You hand over control to someone else.
The second you do that your business is standing on shaky grounds. Why? You are dependent on them for everything. If they don't send you leads you don't have a business.
You get addicted.
Your lead provider becomes the centre of your business.
The most risky business model in the world in a one dimensional one, and when you buy leads that exactly what you have. I wonder why my sponsor didn't tell me that?
Well I know why?
He made a commission on it, so no matter happened to me or the overall success of my business he was making money.
Second, it's easy to do. Just go over to XYZ lead provide and get yourself on the monthly auto ship and you're in business, but are you really?
We sometimes tend to confuse the idea of duplication as network marketers, just because something is easy to do, and hence duplicate from an action point of view doesn't necessarily mean that it's duplicable where it counts. And where it counts is growing your primary business.
Don't focus on duplicating the simple actions. Rather focus on duplicating, the successful actions, the actions that lead to more people joining your business.
