When one has the asthma condition, it usually affects the respiratory system. As a result, one usually suffers from shortness of breath and chest pains. During an attack, the air ways swell and passage of air in and out of the lungs is usually impossible. Mucous can also block the airways making air passage difficult too. One therefore needs to relieve the swelling of these veins in order to make air movement in and out of the lungs easier.

Asthma respiratory is very difficult when one has an attack. If one has asthma, due measures should be carried out to control the condition. It has no cure. Proper understanding of asthma is vital. This includes knowing the triggers, ways of managing the attacks and the symptoms of an asthma attack.

Asthma respiratory attacks symptoms are coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath and tightness in the chest cavity. These attack symptoms are experienced after a trigger. A trigger can be caused by many things which includes; allergic reactions, family history of asthma, eczema, smoking while pregnant or when children are around and environmental pollution.

Smoking when one is pregnant causes the infant to have asthma after birth. Viral infections can cause asthma especially adult onset asthma. Irritants found in the work places can cause one to develop asthma known as occupational asthma. A trigger is anything that irritates the airways. When this happens, an attack can take place. This attack can either be mild or sever. It is therefore advisable to make sure that the working environment is clean and healthy.
