Study shows that *thousands experience Attention Deficit Disorder each year. Attention Deficit Disorder or more commonly known as ADD is not an unfamiliar syndrome amongst today's youths as well as adults. However, most of us are unaware that there are also thousands of individuals recovering from ADD - thanks to the perpetual effort made by certain quarters.

Some of the symptoms of ADD are:

- frustation

- distraction

- constant emotional outbursts

- inability to pay attention or stay focused

- display of negativity (physically or mentally)

- inability to tune in to orders

- inability to follow instructions or complete tasks given

- forgetfulness

- finding it hard to sleep/sleep disorders

Treatments

There are quite a handful of options available to treat individuals who suffer from ADD - treatments such as medical treatments, coaching schools etc.

One of the most common medical treatments is the use of Adderall. Individuals who wish to know more about Adderall can freely look it up the Internet or consult a specialist.

There are plenty of coaching schools for ADD patients. They prove to be a common alternative to medical treatments. The results are as good. There are various approaches in treating ADD patients. Duration and cost of treatments do vary. It is best for family members of ADD patients to refer to a specialist or program supervisor for further details to decide which is best and most feasible.
