Ambit Energy Announces Jim McFelea as Senior Vice President, Operations

Mr. McFelea has more than two decades of experience in senior operational roles. Mr. McFelea most recently served as VP of Service Delivery for XO Communications, a $1.4 billion telecommunications company, managing a 600 person operations organization. He previously held the position of VP of Service Delivery and Customer Service at Birch Telecom. While at Excel Communications, a $1.6 billion entity, Mr. McFelea served as Senior VP of Customer Service and was instrumental in reorganizing its call center organization to focus on improving customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Excel, Mr. McFelea held various positions at AT&T over a 30 year period.
