Mazda Rx-9, Ready For Launch

When people talk about Mazda, they are usually talking about powerful sports car. The latest news in the industry may create some confusion amount the readers because of the rummors that the new RX 7 may be accompanied by another similar model, RX-9. The launch for the new Mazda RX 7 was prepared for the next year and the RX 9 was supposed to come out just one year later, in 2012, yet it seems that Japan will be ready to export a 350 HP car by the end of the next year along with the well promoted, 250 HP, RX 7 model.
Some may ask if releasing both models whith similar characteristics on the market in the same time would be a good move, regarding sales for Mazda brand. But that isn`t actually a problem, since both models are high performance sports car with a dedicated target. People that will be buying the RX7 will not be interested in RX9 and that is not only because of the design of the car, but also because the power of the engine and the costs will be different.
Also, if the rummours are real, the japanese thought about everything when developing the new Rx 9 model. It seems that "the nine" will have a better fuel consumption than RX 7, even if it`s developing more horse powers, and also the exhaust gas level will be lower with about 20%. Thinking about the enviroment in every possible way, even if we`re talking about a sports car.
