Yoga Can Help Cure Premature Ejaculation

In yoga, there are two breathing exercises that found useful for treating premature ejaculation. You can perform regular meditation along with these two exercises.
1. The Three Step Breathing Technique
It is also known as the complete breath. It has several benefits including promoting diaphragmatic breathing, mind and body relaxing, detoxifying the residual carbon dioxide and oxygenated the blood.
• Sit with your spine aroused, or lie down on your back. Start by inhaling long, slow and deep breaths through the nostrils, in and out.
• Inhale, fill the stomach with air, pushing air deep into the lower lungs.
• Then exhale, allow your stomach to deflate like a balloon. Perform this exercise several times.
• Now breath as above, but also expand the mid-chest region. Repeat this step several times.
Do this for about 7 times.
2. The Alternate Breathing Technique
This breathing technique calms the mind and body, reduces anxiety and stress, promotes clear thinking, and balances the left and right hemispheres of the brain.
• Breath in through right nostrils and breath out through the left
• Inhale through the left and exhale through the right
Repeat these steps for around 10 minutes. Try and do these breathing exercises at least once a day and drink plenty of water too.
