The eczema diet cure is all about addressing your eczema problem at its root:
Making sure that your skin is receiving the proper nutrition it needs in order to carry out all of its functions properly and to stay healthy.
Your skin is an organ, just like all of the other organs in your body. It needs to be fed with the proper vitamins, materials, and minerals required for proper skin growth and regeneration.
If your skin does not receive all of the nutrition that it needs in order to function properly, then it can become subject to diseases, such as (not surprisingly) eczema.
Most dermatologists are quick to prescribe you or recommend that you use lotions or skin creams to alleviate your problem. But that is all that these can do: alleviate the problem.
They merely provide temporary relief and nothing more.
They don't actually solve the problem.
They mask the problem.
They make the problem "go away" for a while.
But that's not really curing the problem, is it?
Using lotions and creams repeatedly over a long period of time can cause adverse side effects: Every time you use a lotion and it gets absorbed into the skin, it is inevitable that some portion of it may enter the bloodstream.
You may actually be hurting, rather than helping your eczema skin condition.
What the eczema diet cure does is attack the problem at the root: Your body's natural ability to grow, regenerate, and heal skin. If you eat the proper diet for eczema, you are effectively reinforcing your body's natural healing and regeneration capabilities.
