Computer Whiz, Realtor Develops Innovative Software To Locate The Best Deals For Home Buyers

McLean VA -- 04/19/2007 -- The housing market downturn has seen a significant decline in the number of home buyers. This trend has created a frenzied competition between real estate agents to find and retain clients.
Steve Haidar, an enterprising real estate agent in Northern Virginia, is using his advanced degree and extensive software industry experience to give him the upper hand in the fight for home-buying clients. Although the asking price for the house was listed at nearly $210,000, the owner was willing to accept an offer of $140,000."
