The mass media reflects the present state of the society and can change people's opinions in this or that way. It is a powerful source in any society and in the world. It plays an important role in a global society as the basic source of communication and information. People rely on the mass media as the major channel of information. In other words, the mass media is the basis on which people shape their opinions. Any article or a piece of information has a deep influence on the whole society.

Globalization is another issue that contributed to the appearance of a 'global village'. It challenges the modern world, countries and companies. Globalization increases the interrelationship of different levels of globalization, such as commerce, technology, straight investment and makes the manufacture international. Synchronous competition in every market between several competitive companies from different states presents a real challenge for companies. Globalization challenges people to become more competitive changing the way company produce and sell and the way people work. Nowadays, labor market requires more skills and much knowledge of the subject creating a rigid competitive market of human resources.

Besides, the Internet contributes to all these developments greatly. The Internet has quickly become a standard for navigating, advertising and selling information and executing various affairs on the Internet and Intranets. This "Internet revolution" can be valued by different factors, such as online sales, amount of Internet users, amount of host computers, and amount of domains. All these figures are unchangeable; the common feature of them is fast-paced growth.

Consequently, the world is really becoming a global village, especially in communication and the information spreading. Nevertheless, many states cannot experience the same level of information and communication accessibility as in the developed countries. The world is becoming a 'global village'; however, this process has not been completed.
