TV Squats- As you watch TV, do squats. Perform 3-4 sets of 12 reps. for a harder squat; hold a kitchen chair over your head.BABY Lunges- Your kids loves playing games. What if you could play too? Perform your traditional lunge, only holding your precious babyMILKY Biceps- Use the 1 gallon or ˝ gallon of milk to perform bicep arm curls.RECLINING Crunches- Sit back and crunch on the good ol' recliner.SWEEPING Sides- Take your broom and place it behind your lower back. Slowly contract your abs and perform baseball like swings. Feel the burn in your sides? Now let's throw away all junk food (go ahead it's ok to waste food). What other excuses do you have?
