A Guide To Managing Stress Part One

Are you overwhelmed by stress? Overtaxed and burned out by work or family? Have the feeling that you want to move to a deserted island and leave no forwarding address? Totally forgotten what it feels to be happy en energetic?

In this article I want show you one of the few ways that reduce and maybe eliminate stress. One of the most important things when you are under stress to keep your body on a schedule So that you're daily rhythms aren't disrupted. When you have problems sleeping, it can take three or more weeks to get body back to a normal schedule, but stick with it and you can do it.

Try not to watch TV before getting to sleep, just turn off the lights get in a comfortable position and relax .take deep breads and relax you muscles. Taking long deep breaths can help you relax the muscles .Tell your muscles to relax start with your neck, jar en working down to your feet.

If you can't fall asleep after 40-45 minutes go out and read a bit. And by reading I don't mean watching TV, play videogames or exercise or anything that works stimulated. Just read a book or magazine,until you feel you can go to sleep, don't read the whole book just read a bit lets say 20-30 minutes. Than go to bed. Repeat the steps you did earlier. Turn of the lights, get in a comfortable position and take long deep breaths, relax the muscles down from the neck, jar till your feet.

Try keep up with this schedule, you can do it! This technique is one of the important steps that can use to manage stress. In my next article I show you more techniques to manage stress. But for now try to keep up with the schedule and you a step in the right direction.
