You can even place the Quick Step laminate flooring in different shapes and sizes, or add more than one colour together, or several colours, making your flooring truly unique.

One idea that may appeal to you or may not, is by measuring your floor space to find out how many square feet of flooring that you will need, and instead of having the floor in the kitchen all one colour, make blocks of all the colours. The snap together tiles will make this possible to do.

Accessories

There are many accessories available that you can purchase for your Quick Step Laminate flooring. These include; fitting kits, wood underlay's and door profiles. Such as Quick Step Combi, which combines a 2mm polyfoam and a 1mm of damp proof.

Or the Quick Step Uniclic Combifloor Plus, this underlay offers better heat and sound insulation, and it is much greater in protecting the floor from dampness. It has a 3-layer structure that will maximise the comfort of your new Quick Step Laminate Flooring, which also helps stabilise and level the new floor. It is also good to help reduce upstairs noise.

Quick Step offers DPM Screen, Uniclic and Softboard, which comes in a pack size of 10.1 square meters. It is 6mm, which will need to be used with a DPM screen and a standard uniclic underlay, which will need to be purchased separately.

You can also purchase the Quick Step Transit Sound Underlay; this combines a damp proof membrane that has soundproof qualities.

Of course, you will need to purchase the tools that you will need to install your new Quick Step Floor, such as cutting blades and a utility knife, sheers or napping sheers, a trimmer and tack hammer. You might also need to purchase a door trimmer to fit the new floor under the door jam. A chalk line will also help keep the tiles in perfect line.
