Probably the most stunning attribute of these villas are its custom hand built Tiki Bars and outdoor kitchens. The bar is made from genuine Bamboo and custom mosaic hand tiles. It is nestled under one of the three decks and has all custom Lynx professional grills and kitchen equipment. The bar includes a grill with searing capabilities, out door refrigerator, fifty pound ice maker, and cocktail station. The bar has all recessed lighting, double ceiling fans, Plasma TV with Satellite and Bose Outdoor Speakers. It's just an amazing feature to have for people that like to have fun and for families to gather around.
The villa has 2200 internal square feet with 1500 square feet of decking. Decking includes 1 large wraparound area and 2 decks off the bedrooms. Most of your time will be spent sunbathing during the day or gazing at the stars whilst sitting in the hot tub at night.
The property is managed very well and has an outstanding crew of workers. From gardeners, pool companies and people that take care of the 2 mosquito magnets.
