"I want to get my self-esteem back. I have done a real good job of beating myself up, I want to take what I need, ignore the hype, and stop listening to the big hitter hype..." Joanne T. Doing network marketing for 7 years.

"I want to find a way to make my business fun again...I've always loved the products...I don't want to beat myself up because I'm not the big recruiter and didn't fly to the top of the company in 15 months..." Judy G., Doing network marketing 9 years.

How in the world will you keep women like this in your business if you don't stop acting like they're second class citizens?

And how in the world will you keep YOURSELF in the business if you don't stop acting like you're a second class citizen?

CONSIDER: If you, mom and domestic goddess, can spend 5-10 hours a week, and say $150/mo to grow your little business, don't you expect different results than for someone who can spend 50 hours a week, and $300/mo?

Are you judging yourself by the wrong standard? How about you compare yourself to your own growth, and perhaps that of other women like you who put in 5-10 hours per week?

You are not alone, ladies. Despite all the sturm and drang in front of the room, 85% of everyone in the industry is PART TIME, according to the Direct Selling Association. Isn't it time to stop measuring yourself against the loud but few 15% who are full timers?

And yes, I know that it is mostly the big hitter and old timer results that the company and upline keep talking about. Maybe it's time to limit access to such talk if it deflates you to the ppoint you're ready to throw in the towel - on yourself. Don't. It's not you. It's 5 hours a week, versus 30, or 50. It's 10 years of experience, versus being new.

Your self-esteem needs to hear this from you, so tell it, won't you?
