Have you ever wanted an online business but been
confused by so many choices? Most of us have.

There are so many claims, all made by websites built by
people we don't know ... almost all promising easy
riches and quick results.

Can that possibly be true?

What is true, what can be proven, is that there are
criteria by which one can evaluate an online business.

Using this criteria, you will be free to decide for or
against becoming involved in any business in an
objective manner.

Think of it as a checklist to help you decide if what a
business offers is a good fit for you.

After all, a $1000 pair of shoes might be beautiful,
but if they don't fit all they will do is cause pain.

And so it is with business. Find the right fit and you
will be both comfortable and ready to run. The wrong
fit will only deliver disappointment.

As a person who has evaluated literally hundreds of
online businesses, it is my pleasure to share with you
the checklist I have developed.

I hope it helps you as much as it has me.

When looking for the perfect online business for *you*
these are the factors to consider carefully.

---> Proven Principles That Work

Is the business you are considering based on proven
principles, or a new idea that might not work?

This is key because it will determine *if* the business
can work.

Some examples of proven principles would be things like
reaching a large audience, having a product they want
to buy and can afford, and a business that makes sense.

Please pay close attention to that last point. If the
business you are considering does not make sense to you
- either it is too technical or is a concept with which
you are not familiar - the odds of doing well
dramatically decrease.

---> A Whole Life Approach

There is so much more to life than making money. Yet
most sites focus only on money, and add a heaping
portion of hype to go along with their plea to
visitors' desperation.

By all means, avoid sites like this.

A true business will be about more than just money. It
will offer other benefits, benefits to your soul, your
mind, not just your wallet.

After all, you will need to work in any business (sites
that say you don't have to work are not telling the
truth) so why not enjoy - and benefit from - the entire
experience!

---> Proven Leaders

This is important. Any business you join should feature
well-respected national leaders in their field of
endeavor.

If the web business you are considering does not
feature significant contributions by well-respected
leaders, be very careful indeed.

It's all too easy to create a slick 'sales letter' and
try to get orders. It's another thing entirely to win
the involvement of legends in their field.

The more top names your business can feature the
better. It is a very competitive Internet today, and
you need every edge you can find.

---> Earn While You Learn

The old model of doing business was to apprentice for a
time - often years - and then begin to earn.

The 21st century model is different, and frankly
better.

Today's business allows you to earn while you learn the
business, and while expand your mind in other ways as
well.

You deserve the best. Please don't settle for
yesterday's way of doing business.

---> Move Forward At Your Own Pace

Last but not least, no one should push you into a
business.

I know you have seen this before. "Get in on the ground
level" they say. "Act now before the market is
saturated and someone takes you place" they cry.

All of this is hype, and to be avoided.

A real business will want you to be involved today, and
be just as welcoming tomorrow if that works better for
you.

And once you are in the business, there should be a
proven path that takes you from 'rookie' status right
up through to the success you desire.

If you use this handy checklist to evaluate any
business you might be considering, you will have a much
better chance to find your perfect online business.

And when you do it will fit like a thousand dollar pair
of shoes ... just right!
