Asthma is a condition that affects the ways of an individual. The air waves swell and make air passage a problem. This is as a result of a trigger to asthma condition. Symptoms for asthma varies from one individual to another. The most common symptoms of asthma are coughing, wheezing and running out of breath. Some people complain of chest pains too.

You should note that different people usually get a variety of these symptoms. Most can get either one or all of the them. The three mentioned symptoms asthma are the most common ones. The symptoms of asthma can vary in intensity too. This depends on how much of the condition one has.

Symptoms asthma is a result of one exposing themselves to the triggers of asthma attacks. These triggers can vary form one individual to another these can include air pollutants, animal hair, extreme cold weather conditions and infections to the lungs and air passages. Some people find that there asthma is triggered by dust.

Asthma itself is a condition that can be controlled, prevented and avoided. An asthma sufferer should take time to learn his or her condition. This way you will understand better the triggers and how to manage the problem. When you understand your condition, you will find out that you detect the symptoms asthma long before they fully materialize. This way you are able to take action faster and avoid getting into a bad attack. You should always carry medications to suppress the symptoms.
