Combating the Obesity Epedemic

Combating health related issues linked to being overweight is a problem that cannot be cured by complicated operational procedures or medicines prescibed by doctors, its about the individuals daily intake of food and the ultimately the right sort of food that is consumed. People are depriving themselves of healthy nutrients and quality information. The health system spends millions on overweight and clinically obese people because they can only provide medicines that cure the results or the symptoms (heart disease, diabetes, liver disease, high cholesterol, bowel cancer, fatigue respiratory problems etc...)There is a plan available which covers the long term lifestyle of the individual and has resulted in thousands of British people (tens of thousands worldwide) successfully losing weight and feeling better in them-selves.

The program and products have been scientifically researched and clinically proven by top experts across the world. If this does sound like a sales pitch then I do apologise but this ‘epidemic' needs to be combated head on. Getting the message across needs to start with the individual knowing what is required of them without pushing them to hard. The program and information I can provide, introduces healthy eating and free personal consultation, weekly backup and coaching from myself to help the person reach their ideal weight, and well-being. This is not about eating less or becoming sporty (although this would certainly be added benefit)  its about consuming the right amounts of:- fibre, lean protein, carbohydtates, fat, water, vitamins, minerals the essentials which most of the population are lacking in their meals. If anyone feels that they need to improve their lifestyle please don't hesitate to contact me.
