Article writing and marketing works so well to promote your business, I am always surprised that more people are not using it. There are those that say it does not work. They are wrong. Article writing and marketing works, it's just that many people are not willing to do the work that makes it work.

Another challenge I hear from many newbies and beginning writers that they are scared to post their first article because they fear rejection. While I understand that, I also understand that the thing you should fear more is not posting articles and staying exactly where you are.

Rejection hurts. No doubt about it. The problem comes when the fear of rejection freezes you in place and you cannot take action.

How to Beat the Fear of Rejection When Writing Articles

1. Here is a four letter word to use each and every time you are faced with rejection - (got your attention now, right?) - NEXT! Next article, next learning, next person, next topic, etc.

2. Face the fear - courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is being scared and doing what you need to do anyway.

3. Get it - that you have more to fear by not taking action and staying where you are than you have to fear from rejection.

4. On the best article directories, if your article is rejected, they will help you tweak and improve your article to be ready for submission. Think of it as a learning experience.

5. Move forward - write the articles - submit the articles - get the articles approved - get going with writing and marketing articles.
