Interesting Facts about Boxers

The Boxer was selected in Germany for police training.

Boxer line comes from 16th century, tracing back to fighting dogs of the high valleys of Tibet.

The Boxer is the cousin to all Bulldog types.

Boxers are a fearless and extremely loyal breed.

Developed to be a guard dog, hence Germany has used the Boxer for police work.

Adult males measure 23 to 25 inches, females measure 21 ½ to 23 ½ inches at the withers.
