The first thing you have to decide before choosing the place is what design you want. You have to know what it will look like and how big it will be. Lower back tattoos are the most common spot for women and is considered to be very sensuous.
In the end you want to consider all of these ideas and then choose what makes you happy. Keep in mind that not everyone will like tattoos - but as long as you love it then you will be happy with it. So figure out what you want and enjoy it!
