However, it will be a difficult task for a mother to routinely exercise since she has to leave her baby at home. You can take your baby on the jogging stroller while you jog or just take a walk around the block. So, you do not have to worry because your baby is near you while you are jogging.

Parents can apply yoga to exercise since it can be done in your house so that you do not have to go to a gym and leave your baby at home. Just put your baby in the safe place near you so that you can care for your baby while you are doing yoga.
