These are the most common factors linked to teeth discoloration because they are consumed on a day-to-day basis, products such as carbonated drinks (colas), coffee, tea, wines and even certain fruits and vegetables such as apples are said to change the natural color of the minerals which are found in our teeth.
The diseases and treatments:
Not many people talk about diseases or the treatments which are applied to a patient in order to heal them to be the possible cause of discoloration but the sad truth is that they are. Certain infections which may be acquired by pregnant mothers may end up like in the child's enamel furthermore, chemotherapy as will as head and neck radiation may cause rapid discoloration.
Tobacco, cigarettes and poor oral hygiene:
These are very common causes for teeth discoloration, it is common knowledge that chewing or smoking tobacco/cigarettes and severely stain a person's teeth so will inadequate brushing and flossing on a regular basis.
There are several other causes which may be linked to discoloration such as age and many others, however these are the most common reasons for a person's teeth to change their natural color as time goes by, the best way to preserve a beautiful color is to keep a good hygiene, not to consume products which will obviously affect our oral aesthetics and to visit the dentist at least twice a year.
