Nonsensical, Rehashed and Obvious Advice in Online Articles - Should it be Allowed?

There seems to be far too many online articles with unlimited amounts of common sense tips in them, items that have been rehashed and re-written so many times, that it just ends up becoming article vomit. Some of the top online article submission sites have noticed this and are trying to figure out what to do about it. Indeed, many online article authors are also upset that all these meaningless articles are clogging up the virtual world of online articles.

Here is a thought about the "nonsensical tips" that I'd like to bring up. It seems permissible to include tips that are obvious, but within all these tips should be new insight as well. In other words, just because 2-3 of the items are obvious in a "10 Ways to Dominate Your Local Market" article, does not mean we should leave them out. To make the article complete, they must be included.

However if you have a mundane article like "3 Secret Ways to Brush Your Hair" and then you say:

1.) Use your hand to re-adjust it
2.) Use a comb made out of plastic or other substance
3.) Use a brush

Then obviously that is nonsensical garbage. Now someone could go on for 300 words on why you should brush your hair, but that still would be considered a waste of space in an online article submission directory site.

However, if you had included all sorts of techniques of how to use a blow dryer with a special type of brush to get your hair to do something unique, then this would not be mundane article. And you would have made good on the chosen title and thus, the promise to the reader that they might learn something of value.
