Xora, a leading provider of location-based mobile workforce management solutions, and Trakware Systems Inc. (www.trakware.com), a leading provider of manufacturing and project execution solutions for complex engineer-to-order environments, announced an integrated release that enables advanced supervisor capabilities. Adams Bros. Cabinetry, Inc. is the first customer to utilize the combined offering.

Adams has some unique challenges when capturing labor information from the field. "We required a robust and flexible solution that would allow us to capture time for any member of our field installation crews on any supervisor's phone", said Jonathan Adams, Systems Administrator for Adams Brothers Cabinetry. "This allows us to be flexible with our scheduling of crew members so that we can exceed our customer's expectations of man power requirements and service. With TRAKware and Xora, we have the ability to achieve that and more." Xora's supervisor application allows any individual to "clock in" from any supervisor's Sprint phone in the field. TRAKware synchronizes this time with Xora at the press of a button, providing real-time information on what field installation crews are working on. "Simply put, we are able to be flexible with our scheduling while reducing our administrative costs of capturing time in the field."

Xora mobile workforce management applications enable businesses to track and manage field staff via GPS-enabled mobile phones. Mobile workers use the phones to record time sheet and job status information, including when they begin and end shifts and jobs. Office staff access this information in real-time from TRAKware. Companies use this information to ensure that workers are paid accurately, their customers are billed appropriately and their productivity and profitability are both maximized. "MES technology solutions should include parametrics which go far beyond using parameters only to represent coordinates," according to Randy Richel, CEO of TRAKware, an MES provider. "Coordinates should have the capacity to dynamically adjust bills of materials, bills of labor, routings, costs, selling prices, and sizes."
