Bad breath is one of the most embarrassing things that we have to be neurotic about. Sadly, our fear of bad breath has created a billion-dollar industry. Bad breath is mainly caused by odor-producing bacteria that have a nasty habit of growing in your mouth. If you are plagued by bad breath, don't fret. There are ways for you to douse the fire of that dragon mouth and go out among civilization again.
1. Food - Spicy food is a great culprit and many people are shocked because they think that bad breath caused by such food is limited to the day after consuming the foods in question. The fact is spicy food can cause bad breath for two to three days after a meal and this is why people think the cause lies elsewhere.
