How To Jump Higher

People are always amazed at how much I have increased my vertical jump over the past few years. They are always asking how I increased my vertical jump by so much in such a short period of time. It truly was an amazing turnaround, if I do say so myself.

You see, just a few short years ago, I had trouble even touching the rim. In fact, I couldn't even come close most of the time. I was slow, and I never got off the bench in high shoo. However, things have drastically changed.

Within just a few years, I had put on an incredible 20' inches to my former pathetic16 inch vertical leap. I was doing windmills and 360's and my foot speed had just skyrocketed. Naturally, people wanted to know what I'd done to see such an increase.

Yes, I did use a great vertical jump program. I gained lot of inches in the process. However, there is actually something to see an increase that I did that had absolutely nothing to do with jumping exercises. I changed the way I ate.

I'm constantly amazed at how most athletes pay no attention to what they eat. Quite simply, what you put into your body can make or break your vertical athleticism. Just a year ago, I became a vegan, someone who doesn't eat meat or dairy products. I now consume mostly grains, raw fruits and vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds. I have seen an enormous increase in my energy level, and my vertical jump has improved as a result.

However, more than just increasing my vertical jump, I now have a lot more endurance and I rarely feel drowsy throughout the day. If you truly want to increase your vertical jump, there are some great jump programs there. Just remember that, first and foremost, you need to watch what you put into your body. If you don't get that right, you will never realize your full athletic potential.
