Nowadays it is not a necessity to have a landline at your home to get a connection to the internet. You can have the world in front of you by just using a USB modem which is also known as a dongle in UK. It acts like a normal modem but the connectivity is wireless. Virgin Media's broadband dongle comes in a cool matt black color and stands out for its amazingly compact dimensions with a speed up to 7.2Mb.

The USB Mobile broadband dongle provided by O2 (3.6Mbps) is sleek and small, easily portable and is available free with a £20 per month package. Coming generations will see better designs and better functionality.
