Having a one of a kind business these days is almost impossible, so you will have to look for a business that offers more than most of the competitors in your chosen market place. And has appeal that makes sales for you.
5) Can I set the prices for the service or product to make profit?
Will people in this area pay the price and will it still be profitable if you have to lower your price. You would be better to add value to your product or service and offer a better quality product at a higher price.
6) Do I have access to information concerning my target customers, my chosen industry, and the latest info on my business trends in order to stay competitive?
If you are not an experienced marketer this can be very difficult. Just finding these sources alone could take months and even longer to be sure you are getting good, reliable, and up to date info that will make a difference to your business and your profit. If you can find a affiliate program that offers good training, resources and updated info regularly, from a market leader you will find your path much easier.
