DESIGN ENGINEERING:

CEI's talented team of Tool & Die Design Engineers are highly experienced in designing Progressive and Secondary Dies, Wire EDM and CNC Fixtures, and Inspection Gauges. The CEI Design team is also utilized for Die Repair, Reverse Engineering, and Rapid Prototyping services, and is equipped with the latest design software.

TOOL & DIE BUILDING:

CEI specializes in building Progressive Dies, Compound Dies, Draw Dies, and Hand Transfer Dies. Their state of the art tool room helps them meet the most demanding customer requirements and achieve the finest quality in Precision Tools to produce parts in-house. CEI's Tool & Die staff includes highly trained and experienced toolmakers and some of the industries best design engineers.

METAL STAMPING SERVICES:

As a custom metal stamping company, CEI is experienced in producing complex stamped components based on strict customer design specifications. They accept the most difficult stamping challenges to provide their customers with efficient solutions. Metal Stamping Services at CEI utilize proven Early Supplier Involvement (ESI) and Design Review Team (DRT) practices. They integrate their ISO procedures and Lean Manufacturing Principles directly into the manufacturing plan, insuring quality, consistency and accuracy in the process.

CEI offers a vast variety of precision metal stamping services to meet our customers needs including heavy gauge stamping, complex stamping, in-die insert stamping, miniature stamping, progressive stampings, secondary stampings, coining, small and intricate stamping, and press sheet stamping. CEI has over 35 presses and a 300 ton progressive capacity.

CEI is dedicated to being responsive to its customers needs. To meet these demanding expectations and requirements, CEI operates a highly efficient Supplier Quality Management System which is registered to both the ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003 standards. CEI is also an FDA registered manufacturer.

Utilizing Design Review Team (DRT) meetings, with the addition of real-time Statistical Process Control (SPC) data collection and automated equipment, CEI helps to eliminate waste and improve workflow.
