You probably know by now that drinking water helps to lose weight, but you may not be doing it 100% correctly. Just make a simple change and your weight loss accelerates. Also, you need to avoid certain foods that tend to make you retain water and gain fat.

Usually I write fun articles that avoid boring subject such as drinking water and listing bad foods.

A lot of the information out there is pretty much common knowledge when it comes to that stuff. And quite honestly, it's boring to talk about and read.

I'm going to make an exception and write about this here. Nothing like my other articles on "spinning like a 4-year old child to lose weight", belly rubs to dissolve belly fat, or the secretive vacuum pose to lose 1.75 inches off your waist in less than a month.

I'm going to quickly talk about water and bad foods.

So let's get to it.

To speed up your weight loss and make it more efficient, you're going to need to drink lots of water everyday. A mistake made is drinking too much water in 1 sitting. It's much better to just sip water throughout the day. Just get a 1 gallon jug or a water bottle and get sipping.

Your body is around 70% water, don't go against nature and deprive it of what it is.

Secondly, here are some bad foods that make you retain water. Basically, these are high sodium foods such as bacon, hot dogs, canned soup, etc.

So there you go. Boring and unsexy information. If you want something fun to read about, read below about how to lose weight spinning around like a 4 year old child... it's a free 19 page report.

So go and lose weight drinking water.
