Pacific Rim furniture is not just for the home. This décor is making its way onto patios, porches, and out into the gardens as well.

The popularity of Pacific Rim furniture continues to grow. As interest grows, designs multiply. Furniture and decorations with this label can be found in rustic, cabin furniture down to wicker patio furniture and over to exotic Asian, carved chests.

The rustic furniture is being used in the casual gardens. This Pacific Rim style lends itself to the cottage garden - or anything with an open, airy feel. Don't be fooled by the name. Rustic can be high end, but doesn't have to be. This great style of furniture can add some fun and structure to a garden.

The wicker furniture is more suited to areas that remain covered. Although the newer wicker is being designed with the concept of being outdoor furniture, it is still not as durable as the heavier rustic furniture. This Pacific Rim décor brings a touch of the plant feel up from the garden and onto to the patio. With the right addition of cushions, it may prove to be the most use spot on your property.

The carved feature of many Asian pieces fits perfectly with a home that has a pond, formal garden, or especially a Japanese garden. A beautiful wood vase at the side of the door makes a great umbrella holder and offers a glimpse into the secrets of the garden. An interesting chest at the entry way could serve double duty as shoe storage and seating. The limits are only bound by your imagination.

Pacific Rim furniture is a diverse grouping of decorations. Whatever tastes you may have, or what ever need you may want to meet, one form of Pacific Rim furniture - or another - is sure to have the perfect answer to your dilemma.
