Insomnia Tip-Caffeine the No.1 Troublemaker!

Do you suffer from insomnia? Are you the only person in the world that at 3'oclock in the morning is still lying there trying to get to sleep and knowing you only have a few hours before the alarm bell rings?Well this insomnia tip is for you!

Caffeine

Caffeine is likely to be the cause of your insomnia even if you do not drink coffee, caffeine is present in tea and most soft drinks and also in some hot chocolate drinks as well.

Even if you stop your caffeine intake hours before you go to bed it could still keep you awake all night, especially if you are sensitive to caffeine,so my insomnia tip is to cut out all caffeine for a few weeks and see if that improves your insomnia.If it does improve then you might want to think about cutting out caffeine all together and like i mentioned earlier that will most likely include soft drinks, especially coca cola! and also read the labels on hot chocolates to make sure there is no hidden caffeine in them.

If you are a chocoholic then you will have to also consider cutting down or even cutting out altogether chocolate bars because they also can contain caffeine.

If you are sensitive to caffeine then this insomnia tip should help you get a decent nights sleep and you will not be the only person in the world still wide awake at some unbelievable hour in the night while everyone else is asleep, you will feel a whole lot better as a whole when you finally get the proper amount of sleep you need to function throughout the day and you will also have a lot more energy to deal with day to day goings on.

So take my insomnia tip and try to cut out, or if not try at least cutting down on the amount of caffeine that you consume on a daily basis and you should notice an improvement in your sleep patterns.
