You can do simple thing such as parking your car at the far end so that you have to walk farter to or from the building. Instead of taking elevator, you can also prefer stairs which will engage you in more activities.

It will be much better for you to eat good and healthy diet such as fats from nuts, olive oils, seeds as well as high-fiber foods such as whole-grain pastas and vegetable salads. These are healthy diet for you to take. You have to make sure that the food you eat has low calorie.
