What do I mean by a healthy mind?
The development of a healthy mind is one of the most important yet, one of most over looked and misunderstood 'paths' to great health and unlimited wellness. Without a positive and optimistic mind and a belief system that you can actually achieve what it is you are looking to achieve, you are just going through the motions and will not get too far.
And that can be downright frustrating.

Its not a movie like you may be thinking or a major motion picture with famous actors or anything like that.
You may or may not have heard of The Secret. It is now being analyzed on major news TV networks around the world such as CNN, NBC, and Fox News, etc. Larry King (CNN) interviewed the entire cast of The Secret on his TV show, Larry King Live last week.
Nonetheless, experts say The Secret has been "passed throughout the ages, traveling through centuries to reach you, mankind, and humankind."
Here is a brief overview:
