How To Avoid From Cancer?

Recent study shows that the numbers of cancerous patients keep on increasing lately. In fact, every human has cancer cells in their bodies. However, by having good diet, we can avoid from this disease. Cancer cells thrives in high-sugar and acidic environment. Following are ways to avoid cancer and some example of anti-cancer foods.
Avoid from consuming foods with high sugar contain. Sugar might speeds up the growth of cancer cell. Stay away from sweetened food or drinks such as jams and jellies, carbonated drinks and etc. Lemon flavor drinks will be good; green tea is excellent to combat cancer. Besides, avoid from foods that change to sugar rapidly in human body. It's includes sweetened cereal, white potatoes, sugar-filled products, white rice and baked foods made by white flour. Instead of all these, change to brown rice, whole grain bread, sweet potatoes, oats, and etc that these foods take longer time to turn into glucose in our body.
Instead of using butter or margarine or hydrogenated fats, try to use canola oil or olive oil to cook. Eat pork sparingly. Take more fish, chicken, grains and vegetable for your daily diet. Consume fish with high Omega-3, for example sardines, tuna, salmon, mackerel, bluefish and raw herring. Take fish oil as supplement as well. Try to avoid dairy product with high-fat, consume low-fat or non-fat milk, cheese and yogurt for their vitamin D and calcium.
To avoid cancer cell growth rapidly, take foods contain high antioxidants. Blueberries are the best. Consume citrus fruits like oranges, limes, lemons, grapefruits, papaya, pink guava and watermelon; all these contain high Vitamin C as well as antioxidants.
Eat more cruciferous vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage and Brussels sprouts. Buy more orange and yellow vegetables which contain Quercetin and vitamin C, include sweet potatoes, carrots, squash and yam. Try to consume lots of pears, apple, plum and peaches, tomatoes and green vegetables. Legumes and beans is another kind of cancer-fighting foods. Choose peas, pintos, black-eye peas, lentils, kidney beans and limas. Soy beans are good to be taken either cooked or raw, or as miso, tofu and soy milk.
Try to make your dish colorful with yellow, red, orange as well as green vegetables. Maintain a balance diet is important and last but not least, exercise frequently is a must.
