Answer: area 23 stub no-summary. If you leave the "no-summary" off, area 23 is configured as stub, not total stub.

CCNP Certification / BSCI Exam:

Answer: The Backward Explicit Congestion Notification (BECN) bit indicates whether congestion was encountered in the reverse direction the frame was traveling.

The Forward Explicit Congestion Notification (FECN) bit indicates that congestion was encountered in the same direction in which the frame was traveling.

The Discard Eligible (DE) bit indicates a frame of lower priority, and frames with the DE bit set will be dropped before bits that do not have that bit set.
