So, you can still have your big breakfast, you just have to make it a little healthier.
Overall, you do need to eat as much as you currently were but you just have to make it healthier. Snack on nuts, seeds and fruit in order to ease any cravings which you may have and be more food conscious when creating a main meal. You really do not have to go hungry in order to lose weight; you just have to be more knowledgeable.
