You've found the perfect solution.  This is the product to end all products.  Customers will literally flock to your feet, begging you to sell them the ultimate solution.  While you may think your biggest concern should be how to keep up with production, slow down and think about this: how will your customers find your product on the shelves?

Thinking in terms of the 4 P's of marketing (product, pricing, placement, and promotion), how will you label your product?  In the myriad and multitude of other products on the shelves, how will you make yours stand out?  Your product labels are the last link in the supply chain between your products and your customers.  If they cannot find your items in the stores, it will not matter how brilliant your product, pricing, placement, or promotions are.

There are several basic, fundamental marketing principles relating directly to your product labels.  Starting with the more specific and moving to the more general:

Packaging
Your packaging needs to be vivid and capture the customer's eyes.  The last thing you want is a bold marketing campaign with a dull looking product label.  There are industry standards, such as nutritional information, that make up the elements of professional labels.  Make sure you understand what these standards are when designing your labels.

Branding
If this is not your first product offering, then you have a brand that can be tied to your product.  Do not neglect the importance of using product labels to make the connection between your brand and your new product.  This will help customers identify your product and differentiate it from the other items on the shelves.

Advertising themes

On a larger scale, it is important that your advertising themes are consistent with your product labeling.  If your advertising is full of high energy images in bold commentary, your product labels should reflect the same general look and feel.
