Baby boomers are reinventing a whole new anti-aging lifestyle that has never been experienced before in human history. The boomers' modern day focus has shifted from traditional aging to investing in living the good life through anti-aging techniques hidden from the masses for centuries by the powers that be. The boomers' new viewpoint is fired by a passion for living life to the hilt with an uplifting, can do attitude.

Baby boomers are no longer willing to sit back and accept or tolerate the limitations of aging. Moreover, they are out in the world making a powerful mission statement, with 50, 60, and 70+ now being the new 30, all because of their lively, unlimited attitude and enthusiasm for life.

So, what are the secrets to longevity?

1. Transcending the myths of aging: The first step to anti-aging is to filter out the myths and misconceptions of aging such as: chronological age limiting your true inner age, negative jokes about aging, being over the hill at any age, suggestions of pre-determined health problems at certain ages, magazine articles exhibiting the down side of aging, and books focusing on suggested age related problems, wrinkles, and health issues. These are powerful images, which can invade your conscious and subconscious minds. As these images penetrate your consciousness, they have the power to form destructive thought pictures that can manifest in your life if you allow them to become your reality.

2. Discovering your timeless relationship with life: By discovering how to rise above the dual energy of cause and effect, beyond the limitations of aging, you become the timeless observer, overlooking the magnetic field of positive and negative energy above time. If you had no relationship to when you were born, where you were born, or who your parents were, what age would you believe yourself to be? By adopting a timeless overview, you are no longer limited by your chronological age.

3. Benefits of anti-aging: You come to the awareness that as your Spiritual self, Soul, you are eternal and never die. This understanding removes the fear of death. Baby boomers have an intuitive understanding of this principle, which has motivated them to seek out the deeper secrets of longevity. By opening your consciousness to these eternal secrets, you come to realize that Soul is the driver of your body in the same way that you are the driver of your automobile. The car cannot drive itself any more than your body can drive itself. Soul is your eternal driver, illuminating your human body with an ageless glow.

This is the lost anti-aging "Fountain of Youth" men and women have been searching for since the beginning of time.
