How to Get Started in Internet Marketing
Internet marketing is a very broad term when it comes to making money online. Think about it for a minute. How would you preceive the term "offline marketing"? It's a term that's very vague and could mean just about anything, right? Well, Internet marketing is the same way. However, we could take a shot at narrowing it down to a few of the most common things.
When you are marketing online you are selling one of the following three things:
#1. Digital products
#2. Physical products
#3. A Service
If you come online selling hard goods from your offline business then number two applies to you. If you've written an ebook or created a helpful piece of software, then number one applies to you. If you are selling subscriptions, building websites, writing articles or any other type of service for another person or company, then number three applies to you.
As an affiliate marketer, you could do any one of the above or all three and make money. You would simply build websites and email lists of people interested in whatever product or service you have to offer. You would then recieve a commission each time someone bought something that you reccommended.
Internet marketing doesn't have to be so comlicate. Actually, it's really not too difficult once you narrow down what it really means, isn't it?
