Because the too bright light that comes from the outside environment will create a mirror like image making it impossible for you to read or to use your mobile phone. Although this is the problem with this kind of setting, what you can do is to adjust the brightness of your own mobile phone or do not use it in the middle of the sun. Aside from that problem, it is not advisable to use it under the sun for your own protection. Thieves are always on their way waiting for their victims to come. So better be vigilant or pay the consequences later.
