Keep 100% Of The Profits With Private Label Rights
One of the great things about private label rights programs and purchases is that you get to keep 100 percent of the profits. When you consider the costs of other options, this is significant. Take a look.
Product Creation
In the absence of private label rights products, you would have to create your own materials or hire someone to create them for you. This costs you time, money and energy - and sometimes a lot of all or any of the three combined.
If you cannot write or in any other way create your own product via audio, video or other means, finding good help is one thing. You would either need to place classified ads around to hire someone, search industry forums and products already out there to see if the creators of those could be hired, or in some other way find help like at an online bidding site at Elance.com or with an eBay or other service provider.
To hire someone, you need to be able to communicate effectively, telling them what you need, setting up deadlines and payment and monitoring progress through to completion. All this can take some time and experience to get down to a science.
Other People's Products
Another option to bypass using private label rights products is to forget about product creation all together, and sell someone else's products. Generally the seller already has not only the product ready to go, but a complete corresponding website with graphics, copywriting, ecommerce and lead generation form and autoresponder series already to go, too. Plus they often have marketing materials for you to use: banners, articles for marketing, email messages and ads.
There are some downsides to this method, though. First of all, you do not get the leads that are generated. They go into the seller's system, not yours. So you would have to setup your own web page, autoresponder form and autoresponder series first to capture the leads, and then send them to the main site. This can be risky because people get tired of completing forms and are onto them by now. If they take time to sign up once, they may not want to take time to do it twice.
Plus you need to know copywriting in order to entice people to WANT to sign up. So you may need to study up on this or hire help. Plus if you're going through all the effort, why not just sell your own product anyway and earn 100% of your sales?
Another downside covers multiple areas. The seller's stuff may stink: the product may not be up to par, his website may have poor navigation, his shopping cart link may not work right, your affiliate code may not get activated and you lose the sale, the sellers web site copy may be lousy, etc. So you would need to set up your own site, track and monitor
your click activity, maybe set up customer service for help with navigation and product guide information to make the best use of the product, etc. Again more time, effort and money.
The best solution for all is to go with private label rights. Earn 100 percent for your efforts plus discover more about the many ways to use the products and how to earn more income from them.
