Many of the available jobs in the market are not published by the companies. This is the perfect opportunity to make a spontaneous application. Don't know what it is? The spontaneous application is a way of getting someone to know you, to make your own self promotion. And exactly how do you do it? Just write and publish your own job add. Write and send letter with a spontaneous application. Advertise yourself!! How do you write your own add? Start by gathering and analyze several job offers to sharpen the way to write your add. Keep in mind that to be effective, the add must be:
. Comprehensible (easy reading)
. Direct (written in telegraphic style)
. Objective (highlighting the most important aspects regarding the job you want)
. Appealing (in order to motivate your potential employers to get to know you better)
. Graphic Look (highlight the words that better describe your professional qualification

or the kind of job your looking for)
. Shape (the kind of presentation. Usually, the horizontal ads are more appealing)

Before you publish your add, give it to someone you can trust, so that can be reviewed by an outsider. When you publish you own add, you're offering your services.

The Spontaneous Application Letter

Whatīs this letter we're talking about? Itīs a letter addressed to an employer, spontaneously offering your job services. It's generally accompanied by a resume, or curriculum. The spontaneous application letter is your promotion to the employer. But what's the use of it? Well, her function is to get the employer interest and get him to see your resume. It's also helpful to express your interest and motivation to the job post and company, and especially to get an interview.

The employers' interest is to see your motivation and see why you want to work for them. The spontaneous letter is not a waste of time. Although many of them remain unanswered, it's a costume, in some companies, to keep them in archive during a certain period of time, usually six months to one year, allowing the employer to make a first choice when an opening occurs. Most of the times that selection is made even before the employer posts an add. Many companies usually recruit most of their staff through the spontaneous application letters they receive. Don't address only to the big companies. You'll get more chances of being recruited if you try the smaller or medium ones.

Before you proceed to the spontaneous letter, you should set exactly what you can and want to do. The employers want people who are motivated and know what they want in a certain company, in well defined reasons. You can get more tips like these and other great Job Resources at www.tipsandjobs.com
