Losing the man you love through a relationship breakup can cause you such a feeling of loss that your mind is completely consumed with thoughts of him. All you can think of is getting him back in your arms. You cannot sleep or eat and you are constantly making mistakes at your job. When a woman feels this way about her ex boyfriend, it is an obsession. This is understandable, if you are deeply in love with him, but it will not get your ex back. You have to turn things around and make him have these same feelings about you. In fact, you can make him so obsessed with you that he cannot live without you another minute.

In order to accomplish this, you will have to stop having any contact with your ex boyfriend whatsoever. This will not be easy because you have to forget his phone number and email address. You are going to feel almost like a drug addict quitting cold turkey, but if you want him back, you will have to do it. The reason that you are so obsessed with your ex is that you feel he may be gone for good and you miss him so much. If feelings such as this can make you desperate enough to cause you to lose your pride and beg him to love you again, why won't it do the same to him?

The answer to that question is, it will. That is why it is so important that you do not have any contact with him. As long as you are always around and in his face he cannot possibly miss you. Your ex boyfriend still loves you and all he needs is to experience what his life is like without you for a while. When a few weeks have passed and he has not heard from you, he will wonder why you stopped trying to get him back. Your ex will also start to feel that there is something important that is missing in his life. Soon he will come to the conclusion that he made a mistake by breaking up with you.

Your ex boyfriend will now be the one that wants to talk, and he will call you. It will take all of the will power you can find to let the phone ring, but you do not want to talk to him at this time. If you talk to him without preparing yourself, you will ruin everything. You will start crying at the sound of his voice and he will know that he owns you. Let him call a couple of times and leave a message, so you get used to hearing his voice again.

In a few days, call him back and tell him you have been too busy to return his calls until now. This will make him wonder if you have another boyfriend and he will want to meet you for a talk. You can agree that you need to talk, but tell him this is not a good time. Tell your ex that you will get back to him soon and arrange a time and place. This will show him that he is not your top priority anymore and he will become even more obsessed to get you back.
