Francesc "Cesc" Fabregas i soler a Spanish foot ball player was born on 4th May 1987. Cesc Fabregas plays as the central midfielder. Cesc Fabregas the captain for premier league side arsenal. He also plays for the Spanish national team. Cesc Fabregas started his career as a trainee. He started as a trainee with Barcelona. But he was signed for arsenal in 2003 September at his age of 16. During 2004-2005 season the key midfielders of arsenal has injuries which gave Cesc Fabregas an opening as central midfielder and playmaker. Cesc Fabregas broke many clubs' records and earned the reputation as one of the best young players of his generation for his position. Cesc Fabregas's national career began when he represented the under 17 side at the 2003 FIFA U-17 World championship held at Finland. With his performance in the club Cesc Fabregas was called to the senior squad in 2006. Cesc Fabregas played in the 2006 FIFA world cup, Euro 2008, and 2010 FIFA world cup and helped Spain to be the eventual winners in the to recent tournaments.

The young age of Cesc Fabregas was also a primary concern during his play for the club and also for the country since burnout issues arise if not properly rested.
